  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Securely place the jewelry in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
